What is Acid Reflux?

Acid reflux is a situation where the burps are different from regular burps. It is associated with a bloating sensation, and the frequency of burps is much higher and unpleasant. Most people, including myself, have tried many antacids with little success.

I found the following method, which worked like absolute magic — for me.
