What is Acid Reflux?

Acid reflux is a situation where the burps are different from regular burps.
It is associated with a bloating sensation, and the frequency of burps is much higher and unpleasant.
Most people, including myself, have tried many antacids with little success.
I found the following method, which worked like absolute magic — for me.

Prerequisites:
- Do not consume water immediately after having dinner.
- If needed, hydrate yourself 15 minutes before a meal and wait at least two hours after eating before drinking water.
- Have an early dinner by 6 PM.
Main Part (Vomiting Method):
- Ensure that you are near a washroom where you can safely vomit.
- Have lots of warm water ready to drink.
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
- Drink a large amount of warm water quickly to trigger a vomiting sensation.
- When you feel the urge, go to the washroom and insert your finger deep into your throat to induce vomiting.
Repeat this process for 3–4 days. If it doesn’t help, or if you experience discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Important: This is not a medically approved treatment.
I am sharing what personally worked for me. I do not recommend this to anyone.
